
I always monitor my blood glucose level since I have symptoms of a pre- diabetic. Not only that, we have a positive history. Monitoring regularly will help me reduce of acquiring long term complications of diabetes. I'm very afraid of it's complications, It can lead to kidney disease or even stroke..Whenever i feel i have to monitor my own bgl, i always do. The most accurate way is to have fasting for 8 hours. Sometimes, after a meal, after 4 hours. it depends. There's a certain value at any rate.

So am i really afraid of it's complication? What do you think...hehe Im having a balance diet naman, minsanan lang, minsan 1 pack..gnun..hehe.. Can't help it eh. Before i promise that i would'nt have to eat chocolates on my twenty's but damn. I'm craving for it everytime I go grocery at hitop, shopwise lalu na puregold. haaay... But i drink a lot of water so I urinate often. When your sugar level sudedenly increases, you need to eIiminate it through urine. I also exercise regularly no matter what, situps, etc. I also try to drink fruit juices at a time and take oatmeal to avoid constipation.. Sometimes I feel like dork eating prunes , just to have a regular bm everyday.
